Payments & Cancellation Policy

Bookings Deposits & Payments:

Out of this amount, Rs. 20,000 per person will be non-refundable. Receiving your money automatically authorizes Uplift a Child Organization to act on your behalf to make all the travel arrangements and your acknowledgement of acceptance of our nonrefundable policy.
Balance must be paid 50 days before the tour departure date. Once the Tour price is fully paid, you are protected from any increase in Tour price.
If we did not have enough customers for the tour, we will refund the money or use it for the next departure (new date)

CANCELLATION POLICY

Rs. 20,000 is non-refundable once application is completed and paid
45 days prior to the departure date – After deducting the above Rs.20,000 non-refundable amount, 50% is refundable and (50% non-refundable)
Less than 45 days – After deducting the above Rs.20,000 non-refundable amount,25% is refundable (75% is non-refundable)
No Show – 100% non-refundable
