- Bookings Deposits & Payments: In order to make a booking in your name (your family names/friends’ names), You must complete this application form along with the advance amount of Rs. 40,000 per person.
Out of this amount, Rs. 20,000 per person will be non-refundable. Receiving your money automatically authorizes Uplift a Child Organisation to act on your behalf to make all the travel arrangements and your acknowledgment of acceptance of our nonrefundable policy.
The balance can be paid in US dollars. It is a very easy process, and our team will guide you on the next steps individually. This is generally done by your bank. The bank will withdraw the money and convert them into US dollars upon proof of the foreign tour. Balance must be paid 50 days before the tour departure date. Once the Tour price is fully paid, you are protected from any increase in Tour price. - Travel Insurance: You are recommended to buy Travel Insurance which will protect you from any health-related issues during the travel. It is fully optional. Our team will be happy to assist you with this if needed.
- COVID Vaccination: All the tour applicants MUST be vaccinated and provide a copy of the 2 doses taken. We need a copy from the Government website.
- Baggage: Scoot Airlines allows free 10kg cabin baggage and charges extra for checked baggage (additional charges apply for checked baggage on each flight sector that can be purchased at the airport or online).
- Hotel Accommodation: Please note that the hotel stay is based on twin sharing. That means 2 paid passengers sharing a room together. It can be a husband and wife, sisters, brothers, friends, or anyone that can share a room. We will try our best to get 2 separate beds as much as possible per availability. If anyone would like to stay alone in a room, please let us know and we will update you on the extra charges per day.
Children, sharing the same room with parents will be provided one extra bed. - Food: Depending on the group size, we will either eat at an Indian Restaurant or have the food catered to our hotel rooms if the group is big. Breakfast and Dinner will be provided.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
7a – Rs. 20,000 is non-refundable once the application is completed and paid.
7b – 45 days prior to the departure date – After deducting the above Rs.20,000 non-refundable amount, 50% is refundable and (50% non-refundable).
7c – Less than 45 days – After deducting the above Rs.20,000 non-refundable amount,25% is refundable (75% is non-refundable).
7d – No Show – 100% non-refundable.
